- CB – The Al Davis-led Raiders are playing with fire with their sudden decision to void the contract of Nnamdi Asomugha due to a clause, allowing the All Pro corner to hit the open market. Oakland took some precautionary measures with the re-signing of Stanford Routt, who is coming off an exceptional season. The mediocre play of backups Chris Johnson and Walter McFadden was alarming, neither player should be counted on to step up and start. Luckily, Davis has had a keen eye for landing corners in the draft.
