(1-31) Jerry Hughes, DE, TCU: The uninspiring 4-3 end did absolutely nothing in his first year. He was inactive for most of the season despite the Colts’ need for a third rusher to help out veterans Dwight Freeney and Robert Mathis. To date, Hughes has only contributed three tackles and some half-hearted play on special teams. GM/President Bill Polian has reportedly admitted to overrating Hughes last April and overlooking promising left tackle Roger Saffold, who was drafted in the second round. Grade: F
