The Philadelphia Eagles have signed RB Joique Bell off of the Buffalo Bills practice squad, according to Bo Marchionte of NFL Draft Bible.
The undrafted rookie free agent from Wayne State led the Bills in rushing during the preseason with 152 yards on 6.8 yards per carry and two touchdowns.
