Tennessee Titans head coach Jeff Fisher said he has been impressed with how RB LeGarrette Blount has performed during offseason even though he was not able to participate in the team’s May workouts because of school commitments, according to The Tennessean’s Jim Wyatt. ‘He is picking things up, he is catching the ball well,’ Fisher said. ‘He is a big, strong instinctive runner.
