Spiller to begin delivering on his dynamic billing by scoring on a 31-yard run and sparking a 34-21 win over the Indianapolis Colts in a preseason game Thursday. Undrafted rookie free agent Joique Bell had 11 carries for 80 yards with a touchdown during the team’s preseason game as he continues to state his case of deserving a roster spot.
