New Orleans Saints: Team Needs Rookie Review On The Clock Insider Podcast

2010 NFL Draft Class–

(1-32) Patrick Robinson, CB, Florida State: He played a prominent role when starting corners Jabari Greer and Tracy Porter went down. Not only was he solid in reacting to balls in flight but he proved to be quite the tackler in space. His loose hips to turn and run with receivers give him loads of potential. Grade: B+

(2-64) Charles Brown, OT, USC: Although he was a healthy scratch for much of his rookie season, the former Trojan acquitted himself well in the preseason. The 297-pound lineman has long arms and dancer’s feet to slide with and mirror athletic pass rushers. It wouldn’t come as a shock if Brown supplanted the error-prone Jermon Bushrod at left tackle in 2011. Grade: B-
