The latest chapter of the Andrew Luck “will he” or “won’t he” drama comes from Scott Fowler of the Charlotte Observer, who reported that if Stanford sophomore QB “had to make his decision today as to whether he would stay or go to the NFL, he’d say he was staying in school.” According to the report, a lot can happen between today and the January 15th deadline for underclassmen to declare for the draft. Whether or not he does is what every Carolina fans want to know, as the Panthers hold the number one overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft.
