DALLAS – Purdue University and The National Football Foundation (NFF) & College Hall of Fame announced today that they will jointly honor Mark Herrmann with an NFF Hall of Fame On-Campus Salute Nov. 6 as the Boilermakers host Wisconsin in West Lafayette.

“All of us associated with Purdue University are thrilled with Mark’s election to the College Football Hall of Fame, and we look forward to honoring his achievement on our campus in November,” Said Purdue Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Morgan J. Burke. “Mark’s passing numbers, unparalleled during his playing days, speak for themselves, but it is the person he is off the field that makes him special. He always put his team first, and, as a working professional, he has continued to be selfless in his contributions to society.”
