Virginia Union plays in the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association and finished 3-7 in the Northern Division of the CIAA. One of bright spot for the team that finished sixth in total rushing out of 13 teams was the play of offensive tackle David Mims who earned 2010 All Conference Football team honors.
