1.    Bill Polian, Indianapolis Colts: His track record speaks for itself. In his 22 seasons as a front office decision maker, Polian has led his teams to five Super Bowl appearances, not mention the fact that the Bills, Panthers, and Colts have qualified for postseason play in 15 of those years.
