Former offensive coordinator of the Browns and current Montreal Alouettes head coach Marc Trestman spent part of the winter helping Tim Tebow get the kinks out of his delivery. He recently spoke with The News-Herald  and had the following to say:

“In the last few weeks, I’ve read Tony Dungy put a draft round (a second-round choice) on him,” Trestman said Friday in a phone interview. “Pete Carroll and John Fox have come out very positively about him. I don’t know that I’m the only one who has the sense of Tim’s ability to be developed and become a very good player in the league.

“I believe in the right environment Tim Tebow will figure this out. He doesn’t have explosive arm strength, but he has more than adequate arm strength to throw the ball in the NFL and make all the throws. I saw him do something
