Oklahoma State wide receiver Justin Blackmon has one game left in his sophomore season, but a decision about whether to enter the NFL draft will need to be made before January’s deadline.
“I haven’t thought about it at all,” Blackmon was quoted in the Daily Oklahoman. “That’s something I haven’t looked forward to. Right now, I’m just focused on this Alamo Bowl.”
Blackmon leads the nation with 151.4 yards per game after 102 receptions for 1,665 yards and 18 touchdowns in 11 games. Because he redshirted his freshman year, he can enter the draft early as former teammate Dez Bryant did last year.
He currently ranks as the No. 5 wide receiver overall on the NFL Draft Bible Big Board, which includes eligible underclassmen.
