“This is a unique perspective that I’m really glad we got,” said Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones about the opportunity to view the seniors practicing and playing in Mobile, Alabama for the Under Armour Senior Bowl. With the Cowboys holding the tenth selection overall after a disappointing 6-10 campaign, Jones and his staff are getting a first hand look at some of the top talent in the nation.

Entering their 52nd season in the NFL, America’s Team could go defense with their first pick in 2011. They have needs at inside linebacker and could certainly use an injection of youth in the secondary as eight-year veteran Terence Newman starts to slow down. The Cowboys are hoping Mike Jenkins can regain his 2009 form after dropping off in 2010.
