Mancini’s Take: It’s no surprise that “Truck” Neild is proving to be a quick study. The seventh-round pick is all about hard work and did nothing but constantly get in better shape and improve during his five years at West Virginia. There’s a big need at nose tackle in D.C., considering that the Redskins were forced to go with the sluggish and lazy Albert Haynesworth in the middle of their three-man front line. This is the same guy who was literally lying down on the turf with bodies flying around him during a horrific Monday Night Football loss to Philadelphia.
