Tampa Bay fourth-rounder Mike Williams is ahead of second-round Arrelious Benn after spring practices, according to the St. Petersburg Times. The Bucs are lacking depth at wide out and it isn’t that far-fetched to belive that both rookies could eventually wind up starting.
