Browns have talked to Rams about No. 1 overall pick, eye Bradford

Cleveland Browns general manager Tom Heckert said Thursday that the team has talked with the St. Louis Rams about moving up in next week’s NFL draft to take quarterback Sam Bradford with the No. 1 overall pick.
