Aaron Williams Makes A Dash To The Draft

Texas cornerback Aaron Williams has decided to forego his senior season of eligibility and enter the 2011 NFL Draft. He announced his decision in a statement distributed by school officials. Williams said heading to the NFL is “the best decision for me and my family. It’s time to start working on my dream that I’ve been preparing for all my life.” Williams, a two-time All-Big 12 selection has been notoriously known to have been burnt bad on a few occasions but has still maintained a very high draft grade. He has been projected anywhere from the first-to-third round, currently we would slot him in between but his speed and potential could ultimately land him in the first round.
