Famed orthopedist issues letter clearing LB prospect Carter

Dr. James Andrews wrote a letter clearing North Carolina linebacker Bruce Carter for pre-draft workouts. Carter tore his anterior cruciate ligament during a November game, but he appears to be on the road to a full recovery.
